Alfonso Hernandez supports dairies by diagnosing their parlor issues, but his passion is teaching parlor technicians about the equipment they are operating and helping them diagnose problems themselves. Alfonso is from Mexico originally and attained his education in industrial engineering with a specialty in quality. His professional background is in the metal-mechanics sector. He has held positions as quality inspector, head of quality management, and quality engineer. His last job before coming to FLS was for a company that manufactures metro vehicle trains. Alfonso believes that producing a high-quality product is the only way to run a successful business, and to produce a high-quality product, every team member needs to be fully engaged and on board with the mission. Alfonso works for Foundation Livestock Service as a parlor specialist.
