Engage Employees The staff on your farm are a vital asset to the farm’s success. We work with the owners and managers to understand the farm’s goals and use a variety of tools to equip managers to lead effective, efficient teams. Every team member’s input is important and by utilizing effective communication the employees become more motivated and engaged. Reduce Waste We work with your team to identify waste and create action plans to reduce it. Some waste is very obvious such as sick animals, treatments, and death loss. Other sources of waste are more subtle but are very costly. A few examples of subtle waste are inefficient work flows, time spent looking for misplaced items, or not utilizing the talent of your staff. Maximize Resources You have made significant capital investments in facilities, equipment, livestock, and people. We will work with you to utilize what you have to optimize profitability by improving production and efficiency. Define Processes The process determines the results. Using creative tools to define processes with your teams will develop teamwork, and result in clear, efficient processes. Accurate results can be monitored when changes are made because the process is consistent.
